Basic concepts in Animo 2.0

In this chapter, you will learn about:

This chapter explains the basic concepts in Animo 2.0, and helps you to start work. However, it is not designed as an introduction to your workstation or the Windows NT system. For further information about both of these, refer to the documentation that came with your computer, and the on-line help.

Remember that some people at your site may be using other types of computer (the SGI platform) for their work in other parts of the production process. This doesn't matter as Animo 2.0 is compatible between the different systems. However, if there is occasionally anything you do not understand, you may need to consult the Animo 2.1 documentation supplied with that platform, or the computer's own User Documentation.

If you are unsure about how your Animo 2.0 installation works, or which machines are being used at your site, please consult your system administrator.
